The DP series single-punch tablet press is a continuous automatic tablet press used in pharmaceutical, chemical, electronics, food, and laboratory industries to compress powdered and granular raw materials into tablets. It features high material utilization, a reasonable structure, convenient operation, small size, high pressure, low noise, and minimal tablet weight variation. The filling depth and tablet thickness are continuously adjustable. Meeting national pharmaceutical hygiene requirements, it is an ideal piece of equipment for research institutes, pharmaceutical process rooms, and hospital preparation rooms. The machine incorporates several innovative design features to ensure a safer and more standardized production process.

5. Fully enclosed with acrylic glass, allowing observation of production and preventing cross-contamination of dust;

6. All parts in contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, meeting GMP requirements.

If GMP standards are not required, TDP-6 is recommended as it is more economical.For higher production requirements, a rotary tablet press series is available.
