Machine Features

1. The cap is made of stainless steel, ensuring a good seal. The inner surface of the tablets is also made of stainless steel to maintain a glossy finish, prevent cross-contamination, and meet GMP requirements.

2. Equipped with an acrylic viewing window for easy observation of the tableting process. The side cap can be fully opened for convenient cleaning and maintenance.

3. All displays and operating components are functioning properly.

4. Power is regulated using a variable frequency drive, ensuring convenient operation, smooth rotation, and reliable safety.

5. Equipped with an overload protection device; the machine automatically stops operating in case of pressure overload.

6. The machine is integrated with the power system and features touch buttons and a screen.

7. It is the first to adopt a semi-automatic lubrication system and has an acrylic dust cover installed above the rotating worktable.

8. The transmission system is sealed within an oil tank located below the main unit; the oil tank is an independent component. It is pollution-free, has excellent heat dissipation, and is wear-resistant.

9. The powder suction device can absorb powder from the tableting chamber.

10. Wear-prone parts, such as the upper rail, feeder, transmission rod, and powder meter, have the same structure as the ZP33 series products, facilitating standardization, generalization, and serialized production.

11. The molds are basically the same as those of the ZP19, ZP33, ZP35, and ZP37 tablet pressing machines.
