Dry Granulator ZKL--150

Dry Granulator CZK-G10 is a machine used for dry granulation. After being added into the hopper, the prepared and mixed raw material powder is transported onto the top of two compacting rollers by biconical unequal distance feeding screw and precompression. Then the raw material powder bears the pressure from five sides. With the rotation of the compacting rollers and the hydraulic system’s driving, the powder material is squeezed to be hard sheets which later fall into the granulation unit and are crushed into granules with certain density. These granules can be directly used for tablet pressing or capsule filling, thus avoiding the complex process of other granulation methods and greatly reducing energy consumption.
The dry granulator can be used to produce granules of various sizes and is controlled by PLC automatically. It can adapt to different requirements so as to improve the yield. Due to its characteristics of high efficiency, convenient use and maintenance, low noise and good versatility, it is widely used in the pharmaceuticals industry, chemical industry, food and other fields.
