Machine Introduction
It is mainly used in pharmaceutical companies (chemical, food, electronics, etc.) for prescription tablet production.
We also have continuous rotary multi-punch tablet presses models to help you increase production output or for these special tablet types, and also can be worked with tablet coating machines, blister packing machines, semi-automatic counting machine or fully automatic bottle counting production line for pharmaceutical products.
Machine Features
1. The outer shell is made of stainless steel with a closed design. The inner surface of the tablets is also made of stainless steel to maintain surface gloss, prevent cross-contamination, and meet GMP requirements.
2. Equipped with an acrylic viewing window for easy observation of the tableting process. The side cover can be fully opened for easy cleaning and maintenance. All displays and operating components are in good working order. Power is regulated using a frequency converter. Operation is convenient, rotation is smooth, and safety is reliable.
3. Equipped with overload protection. The machine will automatically stop in case of pressure overload. The machine is integrated with the electrical system and features touch buttons and a screen. It is the first machine to adopt a semi-automatic lubrication system and has an acrylic dust cover installed above the rotary table.
4. The transmission system is sealed inside the oil tank below the main unit; the oil tank is an independent component. It is pollution-free, has good heat dissipation, and is wear-resistant.
5. The powder absorption device can absorb powder in the tablet pressing chamber.
