Fluidized bed boiling treatment is used for powders and dry pharmaceutical granules, primarily in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and agricultural product processing industries for mixing and drying powdered materials. Examples include granules for tablets, instant beverages, and condiments. During the production process, this prevents powder from dispersing into the work environment. The equipment, controlled by a PLC, performs closed-loop fluidized bed drying.
