Main features:

1. The machine cover is made of stainless steel and has a closed design. The inner surface of the tablet press is also made of stainless steel to maintain the surface gloss, prevent cross contamination, and meet GMP requirements.

2. Equipped with a plexiglass perspective window for easy observation of the tablet press status. The side panel can be fully opened for easy cleaning and maintenance. All monitoring and operating components are reasonably designed. The frequency conversion speed regulation device is used for electrical adjustment, which is convenient to operate, stable, safe and reliable.

3. Equipped with an overload protection device, the machine automatically stops when the pressure is overloaded. Mechatronics design, equipped with touch buttons and display screen. The semi-automatic lubrication device is first used, and a plexiglass dust cover is installed on the upper part of the turntable.

4. The transmission system is sealed in the oil tank under the main engine. The oil tank is an independent component, pollution-free, with good heat dissipation performance and wear resistance.

5. Powder suction device, which can absorb the powder in the tablet press chamber.
