Machine Introduction

This Counting Machine can be applied for counting capsules, soft gels, tablets, chewing gum, round pills, and other solid materials without the need for tooling when changing objects. Its part in contact with material is made of superior 304 stainless steel, which totally meets the GMP requirement.

Working Principle

The bottle blocking device on the conveyor belt blocks the transferred bottle at the bottling position, waiting for filling. The material falls into the counting device in an orderly manner through the vibration of the feeding corrugated plate, and is counted by the photoelectric counting sensor and then loaded into the bottle at the bottling position.

High Speed Automatic Desiccant Pouch Inserter

Machine Introduction

SED-2GSP Automatic Desiccant Pouch Inserter is specially designed for inserting desiccant pouch into a variety of bottles and containers. It automatically cuts packets from a roll and insert them into containers at speeds of up to 170 bottles per minute. This machine can run independently or be integrated into an automated packaging line.

Working Principle

The bottles on the conveyor belt are stopped by the bottle blocking device at the position where the desiccants drop, waiting to be filled. The stepper motor drives the pouch feeding structure, and the color mark sensor automatically controls the pouch feeding distance. After the desiccant pouch is pulled out from the reel, the cutting device cuts the desiccant pouch and drops it into the bottle. And the filled bottle is transported to discharge by the conveyor belt.

Aluminum Foil Induction Sealing Machine

Machine Introduction

SED-LFS Automatic Electromagnetic Aluminum Foil Induction Sealing Machine is used to seal aluminum foil inside the non-metal cap of plastic and glass bottles, reaching the aim of wet-proof, leakage-proof and extending preservation time. It is widely used as sealing packaging machine in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, foods, etc.

Working Principle

After the cap or closure is applied, the container passes under induction coils, which emit an oscillating electromagnetic field. As the container passes under the induction coils (sealing head), the conductive aluminum foil liner begins to heat due to eddy currents. The polymer film heats and flows onto the lip of the container. When cooled, the polymer creates a bond with the container resulting in a hermetically sealed product.

YDT Automatic Round Bottle Labeling Machine

Machine Introduction

YDT Automatic round bottle labeling machine, also called vertical labeling machine, is suitable for labeling various round bottles. It is used for full/partial wrap around labeling on different sizes of round container, which is capable of labeling up to 100 containers per minutes depending on products and label size. Our labeling machine is widely used in Pharmaceutical, Food, Beverage, Cosmetic and other manufacturing industries.

Working Principle

1. Fix the label roll on the label holder, and adjust the labeling position.

2. Then adjust the distance between two rails to make sure the distance is suitable for the product to pass.

3. Manually put bottles on conveyor or using an automatic bottle turntable, and bottles will be separated by the bottle separator to keep the bottle distance for guarantee the working stable.

4. The bottle sensor detects the passing bottles and send a signal back to the control system. At the appropriate position, the system controls the label to be sent out and applied to the bottle evenly.

5. Rolling belts press bottles and make the labels more firmly without bubbles, wrinkles or alignment problems.
