1. Precise mechanical structure: adopting Japanese linear bearings and one-piece column chassis, axial runout ≤ 0.02mm, coaxiality deviation within ±0.05mm, life expectancy can be increased by 30%.
2. Multi-hole quantitative feeding, precise dosage (controlled within ±3.5%); capsule qualification rate is as high as 99.6% or more, and can be filled with Chinese and Western medicine. Powder/granules/liquid/large capsules in small capsules/tablets, various combinations of customized solutions is available.
3. GMP compliant design: contacting surface Ra≤0.8μm, module disassembly and assembly fast, cleaning quickly can be completed in 15 minutes.
4. Modular design supports switching between capsule sizes 00# to #5.
