Product Description

Components and Principles

1. Conveyor Belt Device

1) Structure: It consists of stainless steel plate bracket, nylon toothed gear, stainless steel chain plate, padding, guard rail, distribution box, air circuit, etc.

2) Function: This device is responsible for conveying the bottles and adjusting the conveyor speed.

3) Process:

a. Connect the power.

b. Start the conveyor belt drive motor and adjust the running speed of the conveyor belt (refer to the operation panel in the manual).

c. Start the air compressor to supply air to each unit.

2. Capping Device

1) Structure: The device consists of a motor, cylinder, adjustment plate, capping head, and pressing head.

2) Function: This device automatically tightens the container caps.

3) Process:

a. The cylinder automatically extends and positions the rotating head correctly.

b. The motor rotates the capping head to tighten the caps.

3. Control Device

This device is controlled by a touch screen (refer to the operation panel in the manual).
