Working principle

The cotton sliver delivered by the cotton guide frame is passed to the cotton pulling wheel through the pressing roller, and the upper wheel of the cotton pulling wheel presses the cotton sliver under the action of the spring force of the elastic pressing mechanism. The stepping motor of the pulling wheel drives the pulling wheel to rotate one step, breaking the cotton sliver and sending it into the cotton guide groove. The cotton ejector cylinder pushes the broken cotton sliver into the cotton sliver tube on the faceplate. The faceplate stepping motor drives the faceplate to rotate 90° to reach the position of the medicine bottle on the bottle conveying track, and the cotton inserting cylinder will insert the sliver into the medicine bottle. The conveyor belt removes the medicine bottle that has been inserted into the cotton sliver, and the medicine bottle to be inserted with is replenished to the cotton inserting position.
