Machine Features

2. Employs an IPT punch for double-pressure, double-sided discharge, resulting in high production efficiency.

3. The control system uses a PLC programmable controller with a color touchscreen display for easy operation.

4. Equipped with a closed-loop forced feeder. Forced feeding during high-speed operation shortens feeding time and ensures stable tablet weight.

5. Equipped with a main pressure display and pressure overload protection device, automatically shutting down in case of pressure overload. Features overpressure protection, emergency stop, inverter fault alarm protection, and a powerful exhaust and cooling system.

6. The working area uses a fully enclosed transparent window to reduce dust pollution and ensure good sealing. Components are made of stainless steel or have special surface treatments to prevent cross-contamination and meet GMP requirements.
