Machine Features

1. The main machine uses variable frequency speed regulation: the number of punching times is set according to factors such as the length of the stroke and the difficulty of adding the filling material. Initially, low-speed debugging can be carried out, and the operating speed can be gradually increased within a certain range after becoming proficient.

2. The stroke length and running speed are digitally controlled and can be set through the human-machine interface. If a servo motor is used to drive the precision polyurethane traction wheel, the stroke length is ≤60mm.

3. The molding plate heating, digitally controlled shutdown and brake avoid plastic waste and asynchronous phenomenon after restart. The use of pressing plate heating shortens the heating time of the aluminum foil, reduces the heating temperature and power, thereby enhancing the stability of the aluminum foil and extending the life of the heating plate.

4. Heat sealing of upper and lower reticulated male and female templates: that is, the templates on both sides are evenly distributed with dotted reticulations. Due to equal stress, the curling of the templates is avoided and the sealing performance is improved (line sealing can also be performed).

5. All surfaces of parts that come into contact with drugs (including secondary feeding) are made of stainless steel and non-toxic materials, fully complying with GMP requirements.

6. The machine is operated by a human-machine interface (or touch panel) and has functions such as heat sealing, coding, and punching, which makes the process smooth and intuitive. An automatic alarm device for machine shutdown in case of sheet breakage is also available for special users.

7. The main transmission part adopts parallel shaft helical gear reduction box, which has novel structure, stable operation, long service life and low noise.
